Clinical Sites

For students completing the clinical externship, we may share your name, enrollment status, and relevant health documentation with our partnered clinical sites. This is required for your participation in the externship and is limited to what is necessary for the clinical site to accept and supervise you.

National Healthcareer Association (NHA)

To support your certification exam application, we may share your completed clock hours and clinical draw documentation with the NHA as required to verify your eligibility to sit for the Certified Phlebotomy Technician exam.

Data Retention

Inquiry Information

Information submitted through our inquiry or application form is retained for up to 24 months. If you do not enroll, your information is used only to follow up on your inquiry and is not retained indefinitely.

Student Records

Student enrollment records, academic records, attendance logs, and clinical draw documentation are retained for a minimum of 5 years following graduation or withdrawal in accordance with TWC requirements for licensed career schools. Some records may be retained longer as required by law.

Website Data

Technical data collected through website logs is typically retained for 12 months and then deleted or anonymized.
